Fiery Fence — Montbretia (Diptych)
A two-part study of montbretia blazing against a soft, overcast sky, best read as one continuous view split across two canvases. In the first, a dry-stone wall and wire fence rise through deep green grasses, with just the first sparks of orange catching along the fence line. In the second, the montbretia takes over, its fiery blooms flickering above dense, layered foliage like scattered embers against the grey. Loose, expressive brushwork carries her landscape sensibility through both panels, letting colour and texture do the work rather than botanical precision.
Painted in Thérèse Kelly's signature atmospheric style. Sold as a pair, intended to be hung together.
